insurance, workers compensation and most importantly minimize co-employment issues.

- Personally meeting with each temporary employee and going over the new hire paperwork.
- Ensuring all co-employment issues are covered in classifying your temporary hires with W2 , 1099 or
corp to corp status (S&A serves as the employer).
- Ensuring that Payroll taxes (FICA, FUTA, SUI), Unemployment, Disability, and Workers Compensation
Insurance are covered.
- Providing bi-weekly payroll processing for all employees with an option for Direct Deposit.
- Ensuring that employees are covered under the company’s comprehensive general liability and
