Mel Allen has 16 years of experience in providing quality service to the high tech consulting industry focusing on specialized assignments for Software and Hardware Engineers. Mel holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from Lycoming College in Williamsport, PA.

Prior to founding S&A Associates Technology Resources, Inc., Mel worked for one of the largest national staffing firms where he received recognition consecutively for being one of the top producers in the nation. His experience within the industry led to multiple invitations as a corporate speaker at National Sales Meetings lecturing on top performance techniques.

Mel continually develops new business relationships with Corporate Executives of High Tech companies within the Silicon Valley, offering services that keep up with changing staffing goals, strategies, policies and procedures while coordinating the achievement efforts with the local recruiting staff. Mel has also been responsible for initiating and managing the on-site staffing programs, temporary payroll accounts, sub-contractors, billing and reporting.
